Assessment Technician
The Adair County Assessor’s office will be accepting applications for a full or part-time Assessment Technician. Applicant will have to conduct physical inspection of properties for valuation purposes and perform general office work. Must have good customer service and computer skills. Excellent math skills, construction knowledge, and ag knowledge are beneficial.
Minimum qualifications: Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and have a high school diploma or GED. Must have the ability to read a map and accurately measure all kinds of improvements.
