The Adair County Auditor's Office has prepared a handout with key information needed for obtaining your passport book and/or card. Passport forms are available at the Auditor's Office or can be printed from the U.S. Department of State website.
Applicants must appear in person at the Adair County Auditor's Office, 400 Public Sq., Ste. 5., Greenfield, IA 50849, during regular business hours. Minor applicants must be accompanied by both parents.

Payment for the passport book or card must be made by check or money order to the U.S. Department of State. Separate payment by check, cash, or money order to Adair County is needed for processing fees.
The Adair County Auditor's Office is pleased to take passport photos for an additional fee of $10.00.
